30-plus year pharmacy industry veteran to pursue other career opportunities.

DEARBORN, MICH. – APRIL. 28, 2021 – The Association of Affiliated Pharmacies and Apothecaries (AAPA), announced today that Executive Gerry Crocker is departing from AAPA. The CEO of the nation’s fastest growing independent pharmacy buying group, has left AAPA to pursue other interests.

As a noted pharma industry veteran, Crocker brought more than three decades of experience leading several successful national group purchasing organizations (GPOs) to the AAPA family.

“Gerry’s experience and insights have been invaluable to AAPA. At this time, we want to thank him for his support over the years and wish him all the best in his future endeavors,” states AAPA board member, Ed Saleh.

“AAPA has always prided itself on its ability to find opportunities in change - and  a change in leadership is no different,” Saleh continues, “while Gerry’s presence will be hard to replace, our commitment to our members will propel us forward and allow us to continue to find the opportunities hiding in these changes.”
